The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
If both parties have agreed to negate contractual agreement, the franchisee will be allowed, to move inventory in the form of a sale on premise. This merchandise must have been purchased prior to expiration or negation of contract. No other locations are considered authorized to sell said merchandise and must be agreed to in writing by franchiser.
